Short Bio

Set designer and Graphic designer, the Bulgarian-born artist based in Foggia conducts cutting-edge research into the plastic and narrative potential of paper. Her work, which has led her to exhibit at major international exhibitions such as TRACARTE, is distinguished by an almost alchemical approach:
from the manual extraction of natural pigments to the skilful use of screen printing. Her visual language, a “written language” made up of shapes, veins and textures, is mainly expressed through a chromatic dichotomy between blue and yellow. Each work is the result of a profound transformation of the paper material, which from a support becomes the protagonist of a tactile and chromatic narrative capable of evoking natural and architectural suggestions.
