PEETER MUST
Short Bio
Born in Estonia in 1967 and a graduate of the Estonian Academy of Arts, Peeter Must pursues an idea of art as an aesthetic refuge and source of optimism. His pictorial research consciously distances itself from the problematic trends of contemporary art to focus on a symbiosis between expressive chromatic themes and delicate female figures. In his vision, women serve as symbolic guides who direct the gaze towards a world of continuous discovery. Through the skilful use of colour and omnipresent light, Peeter’s works aim to offer the public a moment of serenity, transforming the artistic image into a sign
of hope and timeless beauty.
