Short Bio

Raised in a family environment devoted to art and influenced by anthropological research gained through travels in Europe, Africa and South America, Riccardo Raul Papavero is a multi-material artist specialising in advanced collage techniques. His creative adventure began in 2003 with the decomposition and reworking of film frames, transforming wood into a basis for experiments that blend painting, digital printing and craftsmanship. Through an ‘alchemical game’ of transformation, the artist selects and decomposes different materials, linking them by harmony or contrast. The result is an experimental laboratory in constant revolution, where each work emerges as a unique and unrepeatable piece, a perfect synthesis of technology and manual sensitivity.
